With events such as The Annual Dewberry Festival, Arts & Crafts Show and Fun Run and the Cameron Chamber Christmas Classic Basketball Tournament, you will always find something to do in Cameron. History
An 1895 jail was once Milam County’s main law enforcement, but now is the most important artifact of the Milam County Museum and Annex. You might also want to visit the 1891 Victorian-style building that is now the Cameron City Hall-McLane Municipal Center. Enjoy a walking tour of historic downtown Cameron and feel the history and the future come together in harmony.
