5th Annual Cameron City
Wide Garage Sale
Cameron’s City Wide Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, June 7th. With a map of the city
from the Cameron Herald, you might find that “one
man’s trash” is your treasure. The City Wide Garage Sale takes place all over the city of Cameron,
and we are very excited to bring you this event.
Cameron Arts
& Crafts Fair
The 35th Annual Arts and Crafts Fair is set for Saturday, October 4, 2008. In 2006, we moved the Art & Crafts Fair from
Cameron City Park to the Beautiful Downtown Cameron Square. More than 90 vendors are expected for this event. With the expanding of Highway 36/190/77 through Cameron,
this is the safest way for us to not only keep our visitors safe, but our vendors as well. Last year, everyone enjoyed the comfort and safety
of begin downtown.
The Arts & Crafts
Fair is a wonderful opportunity for families to get
together, visit, shop and snack on local favorite
treats.

Cameron Christmas

The Annual Christmas Parade is always a sight
as children line up to take their pictures with
Santa and have their chance to have funnel cakes
and hot chocolate on the square. Home for the Holidays
has been selected as the theme for the Parade this year.
This year's parade will take place on Saturday, December 1st. Join us at 5:00 p.m. for the
Annual Christmas Parade in Downtown Cameron.
Cameron Chamber
Christmas Classic Basketball Tournament
Finally, we come to the Cameron Chamber Christmas
Classic Basketball Tournament which unfolds during
the Christmas holidays between Christmas and New
Year’s. This year's tournament will be held on December 29th and 30th.
The 2008 year looks like the year of growth as we continue with 16 men's and add four more women's
teams to make the ladies tournament a 12 team tournament. When high
school basketball teams meet up in Cameron; your sure to have
two full days of exciting basketball. If you enjoy some good, quality
high school basketball, then you’ve come to the right place.
